Description
Mutton Kassa, more commonly known as Mutton Kosha or Kosha Mangsho, is a rich and spicy Bengali delicacy. The dish gets its name and distinct character from the cooking style, where the meat is slowly and meticulously sautéed (“koshano” in Bengali) with a blend of spices until the gravy is thick, dark brown, and clings to the tender pieces of mutton (goat meat).
